AASC delivered the High Gain Antenna assembly to Ball Aerospace after successfully completing environmental testing.

AASC qualifies and delivers tail rudder assembly

AASC delivered the first of 19 tail rudder assemblies from NGC. The tail rudder assembly is a sophisticated and precision bonded assembly of chem-milled faceskins, profiled honeycomb core, fiberglass and graphite laminates.

AASC qualifies and delivers first Trac-A Radome

AASC completed the qualification static load test on the Trac-A redesigned radome.

AASC qualifies and delivers first AFRL Multi-Payload Adapter

AASC completed the qualification test of the Multi-Payload adapter. AASC designed, fabricated, assembled and tested the MPA as part of a SBIR contract in partnership with CSA Engineering.

AASC-built TIROS Launched

The NOAA-M spacecraft, a polar-orbiting operational earth observation satellite, was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. on June 24, 2002.

Platinum Supplier to Vought

AASC has achieved platinum supplier status with Vought Aircraft Industries, the highest possible supplier ranking. AASC is the first supplier to earn this level rating by Vought Aircraft. In order to achieve this ranking, AASC earned a perfect score on the recent Vought Product Conformity Audit.

Hubble Solar Arrays

Cape Canaveral, Florida - The Hubble Space Telescope, first launched into space in April, 1990, received it's third new set of "wings" during the Space Shuttle Mission #109 (Hubble Servicing Mission), launched on March 1, 2002.
