Desktop Support

Our desktop support team supports issues and any problems that a user will run into regarding their machine and their ability connect to resources.  Some of the essential duties and responsibilities include supporting all hardware repair, software distribution, troubleshooting, and operating system issues.  You will be the first line of support for any problems that a user runs into.  Some of the other duties include creating and maintaining Windows NT, Email, and UNIX accounts.  You will also be responsible for assigning and de-assigning users to network resources.
