Some of the responsibilities of our recruiter include recruiting, training, and retention of all employees. The recruiter manages the entire employment process for all non-union and union positions. They collect and review all resumes, interview, administer new employee orientation, obtain and maintain all required hiring documents, administer background checks.
Applicants should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have good technical writing and computer skills. Applicants should have a bachelors degree and/ or 5-10 years experience in a related field.
