Role Description:
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of assigned programs. You will be responsible for the overall performance, including cost, quality, and schedule objectives. This position involves managing the implementation of activities to meet specified goals, and you will directly oversee a team of 8-10 manufacturing engineers and a team of technicians. Your role will be pivotal in driving program success through a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of 8-12 aerospace programs, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
- Oversee and coordinate activities between manufacturing engineers and technicians to achieve program objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and achieve program goals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor program performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry quality standards and regulations.
- Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate and resolve program-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of Program Management experience, preferably within an Aerospace Structures environment, with a focus on Space Structures preferred. General Aerospace Program Management experience will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Leadership: Proven experience in people leadership and development, with strong project management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient technical writing skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with CAD software is a plus but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 – $140,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this open role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
