We are looking for a supervisor that has experience directing technicians in a manufacturing environment to achieve the efficient use of labor and maintain production. The supervisor directs our technicians daily assignments and explains procedures to the technicians. Our supervisors help with vacation scheduling, and time and attendance accuracy. They work with the production team to ensure that schedules and quality standards are maintained.


  • Directs work area technicians including daily assignments, meetings, discipline, training, vacation scheduling, and time and attendance system accuracy.
  • Working with PM’s and ME’s and Production Coordinators to ensure that production schedules and quality standards are maintained.
  • Works with ME’s Production Coordinators to ensure that planning and resources (materials and personnel) are available to support production.
  • Assigns tasks and explains procedures to technicians. Trains and coaches technicians on assigned tasks
  • Identify resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for work area safety issues and housekeeping.
  • Shifts technicians to other work areas depending on project requirements per PM’s request.
  • Maximizes labor efficiency and productivity.


  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in manufacturing
  • Strong Supervisor skills: 2-5 years (more than 15 direct reports)
  • Computer and communication skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in the manufacturing skills (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

The salary range for this role is $65,000- $80,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this open role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
