Applied Aerospace Structures Corporation (AASC), a leading manufacturer specializing in lightweight structures for the aerospace industry, has completed construction of the latest expansion. The expansion includes the addition of a new 59,450 square foot high-bay manufacturing building that will handle the company’s strategic growth plans.
The new building (Building 9) includes a 32 foot high-bay assembly area serviced by a bridge crane, two (2) segregated layup/assembly rooms and a separate warehouse space easily converted to manufacturing space as the business grows. This new addition increases AASC’s total square footage by over 20 percent to 331,050 square feet, all under a contiguous roof.
