Production Machinist: 1st shift

Production Machinist set up and operate various production machine tools to perform repetitive machining of metal, composite, and graphite parts. They select and mount tooling, determine feed and operating speeds, perform cut off, trimming, counter sinking, drilling and check parts for dimensional accuracy. A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of blue prints, shop math and able to transfer files from a computer to a numeric controller.
